Yamuna Body Rolling™
Yamuna Body Rolling™ ((Ya-men-ah means river) was created by Yamuna Zake, a long time Yoga Instructor to help her recover from traumatic child birth experience. It is a combination of using 6 to 10-inch balls to roll on to massage the muscles of the body while also strengthening it. Rolling on the various sized balls on the floor replaces the massage therapists hands. The series of routines follow the muscles of the body working on the origins, belly and insertions of the muscles leaving the body feeling refreshed and flexible.
