A website that is easy to use is important for a massage therapist.I list my phone, address and email contact on every page and I have on line scheduling and instant email gift certificate purchase options for my customers' convenience.I listed my business in all of the free services I could find on line for health and wellness and massage therapy. My unique selling proposition is a seasonal discount package for lots of regular massages. I find that a customer pays more money up front than they normally would in a 3 month time period. This has not hurt my business $$ but rather increased it. I am still making money on tips, other clients that did not get a package deal,selling GC's on line, and referrals. I let my clients know thay are important by sending birthday cards, newsletters and Christmas cards. I also do business referrals to clients that have their own business. Apply the secret, law of attraction and a few feng shui tips and abundance will flow!
