Rotator Cuff Injuries

Rotator Cuff Injuries are one of the most painful kinds of

muscular injuries do to the nature of how the shoulder works and is held together. The rotator cuff itself is a group of tendons of 4 different muscles that hold the arm on the shoulder. They can be injured or cause pain in many different ways. They can get torn or get different degrees of tears in them, they can be strained, they can be inflamed but whatever they are they are painful.

Other types of shoulder problems such as frozen shoulder or adhesive capsulitis occurs when shoulder problems are severe or left untreated or don't heal properly. They can be a result of bursitis or arthritis too.
