Out of state license with a national certified license

I am currently a practicing National Certified Massage Therapist and LMT of Florida State since 1999, graduate of Fl Health Academy in Naples Fl, and I am interested in working in Washington. How do I find out if I qualify for the state of WA? I was taught within 560 hours plus many CEU's since 1999.
