Not only have I worked on cruise ships as the fitness director for 2 years, from 1985-1987, I left to start and run SeaFit Tours. For 5 years we were the first and only company to host regular Fitness & Wellness cruises around the world (this was before the ships had their own wellness programs!)

We would bring massage therapists, yoga instructors, lecturers and fitness instructors... It was hard work, but sooo much fun because you met so many people from around the world, saw different places and made some good money! I can help answer anyone's questions about ship life.
