Massage Anatomy Textbooks

Massage Anatomy Textbooks are essential for becoming a massage therapist. No matter what type of massage you do it is all based on what anatomy you know. Most different styles of massage really originated with the creators studying anatomy and figuring out ways to work with the body.

You will need a good anatomy atlas. While they may seem expensive, they will take you a long way in learning anatomy. (I have 2 of these three.!) These are the three main ones often used in massage school:
