We are a neuromuscular massage school located in Charleston, South Carolina.

The school offers three modular programs in therapeutic massage and bodywork. These programs are:

* 508-HOUR CLINICAL MASSAGE THERAPY CERTIFICATE PROGRAM
* 608 HOUR HEALING ARTS & CLINICAL MASSAGE THERAPY CERTIFICATE PROGRAM
* ACCREDITED SPECIALIZED TRAINING CERTIFICATES IN THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE

Dr. Mark Hendler is Founder and Director at the Charleston School of Massage began his career in massage in 1977 studying massage at Esalen Institute, San Francisco/Gamma School of Massage. In his massage training, Mark studied with such notables as Gunver Ingeborg (swedish massage) and Ed Jackson, M.D., MPH (deep tissue and therapeutic massage).

The school offers three individual courses of study in therapeutic massage and healing arts depending on which program chosen the cost will differ. Affordability is a primary concern at CSM.
