Carpal Tunnel Massage

Carpal tunnel massage can help relieve the pain and discomfort of hand and forearm problems. Carpal tunnel syndrome is usually a result of tightness in the forearm muscles and can in most cases be easily relieved with the proper massage therapy work. A massage therapist will be able to work with this condition when they are trained in clinical massage. It often requires a series of regular weekly or bi-weekly sessions. The goal of the massage is to address the tightness in the forearm muscles as well as the shoulder and neck.
