Ben Benjamin Neuromuscular Therapy
Ben Benjamin is well known in the massage profession for his work in developing his system of muscular therapy sometimes referred to as Neuromuscular Therapy or the Benjamin System of Muscular Therapy His career started as a dancer who was injured and told not to dance again. He was treated by Alfred Kagan a French Massage Therapist and was able continue dancing. Benjamin created his own type of massage after studying extensively with Kagan. He has also been influenced significantly by other such as Willhelm Riech, James Cyriax and F.M. Alexander.
