Becoming licensed in WA

I have gone to a 780hr massage school and have taken and passed the NCE in the state of MT. There is no licensing available for practitioners in our state. I am looking to move to WA and I was wondering where I needed to send my info in order to become licensed in the state of WA. Thank you!
