AMMA ® Therapy

AMMA ® Therapy is thought to be as old as Acupuncture which was practiced 5,000 years ago in China and Japan. AMMA® Therapy - not to be confused with amma or anma massage is a combination of many massage techniques such as Shiatsu, foot reflexology, Deep Fascial Bodywork, Connective Tissue Massage and Tui-Na.

The main goal of AMMA® Therapy is to bring balance and increase the energy flow of the body. It uses the 14 different meridians of Acupuncture and the concepts of yin and yang.

Tina Sohn is the creator of AMMA® Therapy (from what I can tell! It is confusing!) From an Google Search, I found an article on Tina Sohn and a reference to a school that is authorized to teach AMMA® Therapy
